Western blotting (WB) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) are the two most useful and sensitive methods to measure the ng/ml to pg/ml ordered materials in the solution, such as in tissue, serum, urine and cultured cells, etc, and they are especially widely used in protein detection.
